"Trick or Treat"-ing with Mom.

Halloween!

Jack was pretty excited for Halloween this year. He still doesn't get the whole "trick or treat" concept, but the idea that he could go and ring strangers doorbells was fascinating to him. He was an elephant.

We took Jack to Valleyview Farm today. He loved it!

We just got back from a fantastic week in Kennebunkport, Maine. The weather was excellent, we spent every day at the beach, and had a great time with Jack and the rest of the family. (Ben's brother Ahren and his wife and daughter joined us, along with a very helpful Granny Joanne who even babysat so the big kids could go have fun too!)

Kennebunkport was wonderful, and I'm sure we'll go back.

Louise the lobster. She met a very untimely end. I tried to break her out and take her back to the ocean, but my plan was vetoed by the rest of the gang... I abstained from eating that night though.
